The BibleSisters.org website features Women of the Bible. There are over 400 women in the Bible - approximately 200 named. It is our endeavor to bring new and fresh perspectives to the stories through biblical history. Eternity alone will reveal the extent of the influence of Women whose spirit came to rejoice in God. Today, we are drawn to their vulnerabilities and their strengths. So while Woman is synonymous with the first transgression, a woman was the first covert known in European history and Jesus first appeared to one or more Women after his resurrection.
