An anointed speaker, LaChonne Oliver delivers powerful messages through her “Biblical Big Sisters.™” Whether LaChonne is facilitating a subject based message illustrating Women of the Bible or conducting a Women of the Bible Healing workshop, her knowledge of Biblical women and history is compelling.
In a letter received in response to her very first Women of the Bible Retreat Workshop, a leader wrote:
“The Women at the retreat are still feeling the results of that wonderful and anointed weekend. Your contribution with the Women of the Bible segment really set the tone for the weekend. What a blessing you are!”
By far, her greatest passion is for God’s word. She gave her life to Christ at the age of 12, and received the Holy Spirit at the age of 18. Her ministry’s underlying message is one of growing closer in one’s walk with God through redemption and healing. The Women of the Bible component is the weapon she uses like the tent peg in the hands of her biblical sister Jael (Judges 4:21) to help women release pain, and heal in the love and presence of God. LaChonne considers her calling a privilege and loves creating a new means for women to grow in their knowledge and love of the Lord Jesus Christ through Biblical history … their history.
LaChonne Oliver is the owner of a Merging Markets Realty Corp (commercial real estate) and Merging Markets Group Consulting, both in New York City, where she has worked with such clients as the Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce, Harlem Business Alliance, the Promesa Foundation, American Express|Ogilvy, Popeye’s, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, Housing Works, and the Senegalese Consulate.
